Steve Nichols grew up raising wheat and cattle on his family’s farm. He later earned an undergraduate degree in agriculture from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University before building a successful 40+ year career improving values in commercial real estate.
Today, Steve brings those experiences together through Nichols Ranch Services. He understands that rural land is more than acreage. It is a place to gather, hunt, work, invest, and pass something meaningful to the next generation. Every project is approached with two goals in mind: make the land healthier today and strengthen its usefulness, enjoyment, and value for the future.
